On Pasichna Street in Lviv, a dump truck driver failed to secure the load properly, leading to road contamination.
Yesterday during the day, on Pasichna Street, the dump truck driver did not ensure the secure fastening of the load. While in motion, the gravel spilled from the truck over a length of 75 meters and a width of more than seven meters.
This created a significant obstacle for other road users. Patrol officers managed the traffic regulation and safety. They informed the relevant services to clear the road.
A protocol was drawn up on the driver under Part 1 of Article 139 (Roadway pollution and obstruction of traffic) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
