
In the Sambir district of Lviv region, firefighters successfully saved three buildings from a fire.
On July 13 at 00:20, the Rescue Service ‘101’ received a report about a fire in the town of Turka on May Lane. Responders from the town of Turka and the village of Borynya were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, firefighters found a wooden utility building, covered with slate, measuring 10×7 meters, on fire. There was a threat of the fire spreading to nearby buildings.
Additionally, a tractor located in the building was completely engulfed in flames. At 01:44, firefighters localized the fire, and by 04:26 it was extinguished. Rescuers managed to prevent the spread of the fire and saved two residential buildings and a garage from the flames.
Seven rescuers and two units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire. The causes and circumstances of the fire are being established. No one was injured in the fire.
