In Lviv, a research center for students of engineering specialties will be created on the street Kalicha Gora, 5. The Lviv City Council is holding a competition to identify an investor for the implementation of an investment project. The deadline for submitting applications is 6:00 p.m. on September 29, 2023.
The project involves the reconstruction of a non-residential building with an area of 1,352 square meters. m on the street Kalicha Gora, 5 in the city of Lviv, which will become a space for high-quality scientific and interdisciplinary research. The Research Center should unite 11 cross-functional laboratories in the fields of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, robotics, bioengineering, human-machine interaction, mechanical processing, cyber security, AR/VR and Gamedev technologies, Design Thinking, including open spaces, lecture halls, and meeting rooms.
“The investor, who will be selected at the competition for the creation of the Research Center for students of engineering specialties, must reconstruct the building on the street. Kalicha Gora, 5, and implement the project of the Research Center with all its components,” says the Investments and Projects Department of the Lviv City Council.
The research center for engineering students will combine laboratories for interdisciplinary research and spaces for the development of startups and entrepreneurial skills. Here, students, scientists, future entrepreneurs will be able to learn more, work on creating their own projects and startups, listen to lectures and develop business skills.
