On July 10, at 4:00 p.m., a concert by the Dudaryk Choir School and Chapel will take place across from the city arsenal (Na Valakh Square). The funds collected during the concert will be donated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This is another concert in a series of weekly performances by the chapel in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the head of the chapel, Dmytro Katsal, said.
“We will gladly present new and well-known folk and author’s works to your attention. Come, because even in times of war, the soul needs a rest and charge to continue the struggle,” said Dmytro Katsal.
As you know, in addition to Sunday concerts, the band also founded the “Friends from the Front” and “Acceptance” projects to support the army. Every Thursday at 2:00 p.m., on YouTube and social networks, choristers present songs that the Russians stole from our people. The choir identifies the singers, searches for the original text, then the works are arranged, studied and presented to the general public.

The chapel was founded in 1971 by Mykola Katsal with the assistance of the Ukrainian Music Society in Lviv. For 50 years of concert activity, the choir gave more than 3,000 concerts all over the world. In particular, Dudaryk performed at Carnegie Hall (USA), Domsky Cathedral (Riga), Notre Dame Cathedral (Paris), and at the Vancouver-Pacific International festival Canada Place (Vancouver, Canada).
Dudaryk has released almost 20 albums and has many awards at the state and international levels.
