Lviv is preparing for four concerts by the band ‘Okean Elzy’, which will take place in June and July.
The head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, shared his impressions after meeting with Svyatoslav Vakarchuk. “There are conversations after which things become clearer. We had just such a conversation with Slavko today,” he noted.
Kozytskyi emphasized the importance of music and the 30-year journey of the band, which has become the soundtrack of a nation fighting. “Thank you Okean Elzy and Svyatoslav Vakarchuk for hundreds of performances for our warriors on the front lines. We will endure!” he added.
The head of the region urged, “Come. To remember who we were and see who we have become. Come. Because sometimes you just need to sing together”.
