“Singing on the Rays”: residents of Lviv region are invited to sing patriotic songs in the park near Lviv OVA
The Department of Culture, Nationalities and Religions of the Lviv OVA invites everyone to come tomorrow, June 3, to Na Valakh Park near the Lviv Regional Military Administration to sing patriotic songs together and dedicate them to Ukrainian defenders.
“We have all seen videos where brave defenders of Azovstal sing songs under fire from the occupiers. Ukrainian songs were played there during the explosions and attacks of the enemy. Because a song for Ukrainians is another superpower. In the songs we have preserved our history and traditions. Our identity and independence live in the songs. In songs – our unshakable strength of spirit.
Thanks to our defenders, we have the opportunity to live with you. Live and sing. And with this song go to victory. Because as our Ukrainian genius Ivan Yakovlevich Franko said: “Song and work are two great forces,” the department notes.
The event will take place in Na Valakh Park opposite the Regional Military Administration (18 Vynnychenko Street, Lviv).
When? June 3 at 17:00 Lyrics and karemats will be distributed on the spot.
