An additional 193 objects of national cultural heritage from the Lviv region have been added to the State Register of Immovable Monuments of Ukraine.
This decision by the Government allows for the enhanced protection of important historical, architectural, and cultural monuments in our region and ensures their further preservation.
“The Government’s decision aims at preserving and registering important historical, architectural, and cultural monuments, as well as strengthening their legal protection. Thanks to these resolutions, cultural heritage objects receive additional protection guarantees and opportunities for further preservation and promotion”, emphasized Olena Vasylko, Director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Lviv Regional State Administration.
The list of cultural heritage objects of local significance is available on the official website of the Lviv Regional State Administration in the ‘Useful Information’ section.
After the documents have been processed, the region will also publish an updated list of monuments of national significance.
