In the Lviv region, the laureates of the regional award in the fields of culture, arts, literature, journalism, and architecture for 2025 have been determined.
On December 16, the judging panel selected 13 laureates of the 2025 regional award through a secret ballot. The total prize fund is 1 million UAH, which will be proportionally distributed among the laureates.
The jury included cultural and art figures, representatives of the Lviv Regional Council and LOVA. The final voting involved 21 jury members.
The official award ceremony will take place on December 22 in the Mirror Hall of the Lviv National Opera.
The regional award has been in existence since 2002 and is awarded annually. The jury considers original works and pieces published within the last three years, but no later than six months prior to nomination. Each author can receive the award only once in their lifetime.
