The purpose of the event is aimed at preserving and revealing the unique Yavoriv entertainment. Prominent figures of culture and art, as well as everyone who cares about extraordinary cultural heritage, took part in the conference.
The moderator of the event is Petro Radeyko.
The participants of the event discussed aspects of the Yavoriv game, its origin, development and current state. The conference was divided into several areas of work: Yavorivsk folk toy – the history of development and modern problems of the craft, the role of the woodcraft school in the formation and development of the woodcrafts of the Yavoriv region, the creative contribution of folk craftsmen to the artistic traditions of the Yavoriv region.
The organizers of the event are the Department of Culture, Nationalities and Religions, the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports of the Yavoriv City Council and the Yavorivshchyna District Historical and Ethnographic Museum.
