On December 6, a charity auction will be held in the Lesya Theater on the occasion of the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Its goal is to raise funds for two drones for the Special Operations Forces (SOF).
The Lesi Theater team in partnership with NAZVA and Nenza Films is preparing a large offline auction for the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to raise funds for two drones for the SSO. Leading events are blogger, actor, founder of YouTube channel “Squad of Cinematographers” Vitalik Gordienko and actor of Lesya Theater Serhiy Lytvynenko.
The lots that will be auctioned are exclusive. They are created or reworked by the hands of actors and actresses from the Lesi Theater team.
The following will be put up for auction:
— choker and necklace made of weapon casings;
— the tube from the RPG-18 Mukha grenade launcher, painted in the style of a Yavoriv toy;
— an artistically designed ammunition chest;
— shell case from the Second World War;
— a floor lamp from a theater spotlight with a long history;
— the winning picture of the “Still-frame” competition, which was held as part of the Odesa International Film Festival.
There will also be two more secret lots that the team will draw for any donation.
“The team of the theater started volunteering from the first days of the full-scale war. Among other things, we held large-scale meetings for the needs of the Armed Forces. However, this time we decided to hold an offline auction for the first time. We prepared the lots with our own hands, formed a cultural program. All these efforts are aimed at raising funds for two DJI Mavic 3 drones. They are needed by the SSO working in the Bakhmut direction, where very fierce battles are currently taking place,” says Svitlana Ilyuk, director, logistician of the theater’s volunteer staff.
In addition to the lots, the organizers also planned musical performances. The volunteer auction stage will include:
— Band A-A is the result of cooperation between the actors of the Lesya Theater Andriy Kravchuk and Andriy Roschis.
— The band “Untitled” consists of actress, sound engineer and theater lighting artist Lesya Oksana Tsimbalist (vocals), Volodymyr Pomyrk (guitar), Artur Temchenko (cajon), as well as a specially invited guest Yuriy Shorobura – an actor of the Voskresinnia theater (guitar , vocals).
— The band NAZVA is a Galician-Donbas band that plays in the genre of alternative ethno-arthaos combined with jazz, hip-hop, avant-garde and blues motifs.
Also, all visitors will be waiting for “E-BUS” with a delicious treat – a place where you can network with cool people from the cultural and other spheres.
