Drohobych Charity Fair “Drohobych Kram” was held in Drohobych

Supporting Ukrainian craftspeople and helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine – this weekend, Drohobych hosted another charity fair, Drohobych Kram. Local craftsmen sold their handmade products, jewelry, clay and beaded items, decorative elements, original clay, glass, wood, embroidered items, and souvenirs with the city’s brand. The fair was held at a site near Taras Shevchenko Square. The event was organized by the Department of Culture and Tourism Development of the City Council.

During the fair, craftsmen, artists, folk artists and craftsmen sold their products, and part of the proceeds were traditionally donated to support the soldiers.

This time, they managed to raise UAH 5,532. “This is how craftsmen unite to join the cultural defense and contribute to speeding up the Victory,” says Iryna Partyka, Head of the Promotions and Creative Industries Department.

“Drohobych Kram” has been organized since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. The goal of the fair is to bring together local craftspeople, craftsmen and folk artists from the Drohobych territorial community, as well as from neighboring cities. 47 charity fairs have already taken place in Drohobych.

Since the beginning of their organization, they have raised and transferred over UAH 300 thousand for the needs of the defenders.
