A unique photo project, “Woman and War: Historical Contexts and Contemporary Challenges”, has been launched in Horodok, showcasing the female face of the Ukrainian struggle. This project demonstrates the courage and dedication that guide through trials and tells stories of strength that change the course of events.
We invite the residents and guests of Horodok to visit this special exhibition dedicated to women who have chosen the path of serving Ukraine. The exhibition features portraits of fifteen female service members, combat medics, and volunteers, including citizens of other countries who died fulfilling their duty in Ukraine.
The exhibition will run until 29 March. The organisers and partners of the project are: Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Lviv City Council, NGO “Posestra”, the Honorary Consulate of Spain in Lviv, and the “Shuvar” market.
