International Exhibition “The Lost Man” Enchants Lviv Palace of Arts

Recently, the Lviv Palace of Arts has become the venue for the opening of an impressive exhibition titled “The Lost Man”, which explores the impact of digital technologies on our perception of reality. This unique international exhibition has gathered creative expressions from artists from Poland, Ukraine, the USA, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, who explore how deeply the digital flow of information can impact our emotions and consciousness.

The central question raised by this exhibition: “Are we able to preserve the essence of our individuality in a world of endless messages and visualizations?” Curators such as Katarzyna Lata and Monika Panek believe that these artworks provide an opportunity to reflect deeper on the impact of new media on our perception of the world.

By dissecting the phenomenon of overload by new media, the exhibition attempts to uncover a cluster of emotional and informational impact that modern technologies have on individuals. It was first presented at the International Graphic Triennial in Krakow in 2024 and is now welcoming visitors in Lviv.

The exhibition will last until February 25 and is located at 17 Kopernika Street, in the premises of the Lviv Palace of Arts. The entrance is free for all interested parties.
