The municipal institution of the Lviv Regional Council “Lviv Palace of Arts”, which houses the Lviv Photo Museum, will host an exhibition of Latvian photographers “Between Movements”.
Five photographers – Artūrs Lapiņš, Dainis Ozols, Eduards Kapsa, Inese Grizāne and Ilze Ozola – photographed ballerinas in abandoned buildings, neglected architectural sites and other unconventional urban spaces. The images combine the plasticity of classical dance with a harsh urban environment.
The photographs were created during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now residents and visitors to the city can see this project in Lviv.
The exhibition opening is scheduled for 1 October at 18:00 at the Lviv Photo Museum in the Lviv Palace of Arts building at 17 Kopernyka St.
