This Sunday, 24th May, a charity cycling day will take place in Lviv with the aim of raising funds for ground-based robotic systems for the Ukrainian Defence Forces. Participation in the cycling event is free, allowing anyone interested to join. The event is organised by the Lviv youth organisation “Twork”, with participant gathering starting at 09:00 near the Opera House.
The large group ride is scheduled to begin at 10:00. Participants will have the opportunity to be active along a route of 18.37 km, which will pass through the city centre’s streets. The organisers are hopeful for a high level of interest, as the cause is quite significant.
To participate, one needs to have a functioning bicycle, a good mood, and safety equipment. This will allow cyclists to navigate the city streets and fully engage in the charity event. Public transport schedules will remain unchanged, although situational restrictions in movement are possible.
