On Sunday, June 29, at 14:00, the Museum of Religious History (Potocki Palace) invites you to the opening of the first solo painting exhibition of Sheptytsky artist Yevhenii Kovalyuk – “Flight of the Soul Through the Years”.
The inspiration for this exhibition for the artist came from his dearest ones – his wife Liliia and daughters Olha and Khrystyna. The exhibition includes 53 works painted in acrylic over the past two years. The main theme of the artist’s work is the beauty of nature, which captivated him since childhood. All four seasons come to life on the canvases: spring, summer, autumn, and winter, with a special focus on animalistic genre paintings. A particular highlight of the exhibition is a portrait of his wife Liliia, who serves as a muse and inspiration for the artist.
A pleasant addition to the opening will be a musical performance by Olena Khrystyn (soprano).
