On Sunday, June 22, at 14:00, the Museum of Religious History (Potocki Palace) invites you to the presentation of the exhibition ‘Those with Wings Don’t Need the Earth’ by artist Olga Komisaryk.
In our city, the artist will show part of her creative work for the first time – the exhibition includes 40 paintings created between 2022 and 2025.
‘The exhibition is dedicated to women. This series of paintings is about the characters of Ukrainian women, their emotions, bravery, care, and the world. Therefore, I depict them in traditional Ukrainian clothing or with two-colored ribbons and small wild birds as a symbol of the desire for freedom’, says Olga Komisaryk about her exhibition.
At the opening, a musical gift for the guests and the artist will be a performance by Olena Khystyn (soprano) and Tetiana Hrygorash (piano).
The exhibition will last for a month.
