In Stryi, a new mural entitled “Guard of Light” has been consecrated on the façade of the building at 59 Shevchenka Street. The mural is dedicated to the city’s past and present, to preserving memory and looking to the future.
The authors intended the image to evoke emotions, memories and warm feelings in passers-by, as well as to be associated with Stryi as it is today.
The project was implemented on the initiative and with the support of Stryi City Council. The concept for the mural was developed by Andrii Savchyshyn, and the artists Andrii Savchyshyn, Taras Dovhaliuk and Maksym Chornyi worked on its execution.
