On June 29, an exhibition of the prominent photo artist Vasyl Pylypyuk was opened at the Sokalschina Art Museum in Sheptytskyi.
The artist created 115 photo albums, 2000 photographs, and held over 80 personal exhibitions. His works are stored in the collections of museums and galleries in various corners of the world. Vasyl Pylypyuk left a bright memory through his incredible works.
\”He fully dedicated himself to the work he loved,\” remembered his wife Anna Pylypyuk during the exhibition opening. She noted that Vasylko, the artist’s grandson, reminds her of her husband with his eyes.
In Vasyl Pylypyuk’s photographs – there is life itself. It’s a unique moment that he managed to capture and convey its full depth and beauty. \”When I work, I forget about everything. I see the frame I want to print, so… Just pressing the shutter is one thing, but to feel, comprehend, and press at that split second is entirely another thing,\” Vasyl Pylypyuk said.
