On October 17, 2025, a delegation of the Belz City Council participated in a study visit to Poland.
The meeting took place within the framework of the ‘SewageLink’ project, co-financed by the European Union. The delegation was led by Mayor Oksana Bereza, and included Lyubov Rebyryna, Nataliya Savka, Vira Kohut, and Vira Kostiv-Khamlyak.
“During the visit, the parties discussed common challenges in the field of environmental safety”, was stated in the report. A presentation of the project’s implementation experience was held, and the technical, financial, and organizational aspects of cooperation were discussed.
The delegation visited the site in Brzeziny, where they became acquainted with the progress of construction works. The technical inspection officer demonstrated the state of task execution.
The parties confirmed the importance of joint actions in the field of environmental protection and agreed to continue the partnership.
