The Lviv region has held its first district leaders forum, bringing together representatives from across the region.
The head of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, emphasized that the Lviv region has the largest rural population in Ukraine. There are 497 district leaders and 460 district councils operating in the Lviv region. “I sincerely thank the organizers – the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the ‘MHP-Community’ charitable foundation, and the Association of Local Councils ‘Lviv Councils’ – for providing a space for one-on-one conversations with our district leaders. What we’ve discussed today will certainly yield results by 2026. I thank all the district leaders who work conscientiously for the people in their districts,” he noted.
