Lviv region and Austria are enhancing cooperation in youth policy, education, and medical projects.
During a meeting on November 27, Acting Head of the Lviv Regional Council, Yuriy Kholod, discussed youth policy, student exchanges, and the challenges of war with the Austrian delegation. “We are ready to organize youth projects with Austria, particularly in the healthcare sector,” said Yuriy Kholod.
Chair of the Eurointegration Commission Natalia Galetska emphasized the importance of Austria’s support on the path to joining the EU. “Its consequences, unfortunately, are already being felt in every Ukrainian family,” she added.
Yaroslav Hasyak reported on the creation of a nuclear medicine center in cooperation with Lviv Medical University. Henrike Brandstetter stressed: “Austria and Ukraine have a shared future in a united Europe,”.
