The Commission on Local Self-Government Development supported the initiative to appeal to the President and the Verkhovna Rada regarding the postponement of community spatial development plans.
The draft appeal was prepared by the “For the Development of Entrepreneurship” deputy group of the Lviv Regional Council. Commission chairman Volodymyr Kyrylych explained that due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and limited funding, communities were unable to prepare the plans on time. “Therefore, regional council deputies will request the adoption of draft law No. 12283 dated 03.12.2024,” noted Volodymyr Kyrylych.
The adoption of the draft law will allow communities to complete the development of urban planning documentation and enter information into the State Land Cadastre.
