The 24th Regional Plast Convention took place in the Lviv region, where new leadership was elected and development priorities were defined.
On November 15, a record number of Plast members from 25 centers gathered, indicating the active growth of the movement. The Regional Plast Convention is the highest governing body of Plast in the region, convening annually to analyze work and set the development vector.
During the convention, participants listened to the report of the current Regional Plast elder’s council, discussed strategic work directions, and elected new leadership. **Olha Prykhodko** led the new council for the 2025-2026 term.
The new team proposed priorities: expanding the network of the Plast movement, supporting volunteers, and fundraising policy. They also recognized Plast members for their contributions to the development of the movement.
“This convention showed our unity and readiness for development even in difficult conditions,” stated Olha Prykhodko. Participants made decisions to improve administrative processes and enhance educational influence.
“This Regional Plast Convention brought together a record number of centers for the first time,” added Roman Khimyak, director of the department of sports, youth, and tourism of the Lviv Regional State Administration.
