
Public hearings are planned in Drohobych on two draft urban planning documents for land plots outside the village of Bronnytsia in the Drohobych district, as well as on the strategic environmental assessment report.
These concern the “Detailed plan of the territory of the land plot cadastral number :02:000:1727 with an area of 2.9882 ha (for commercial agricultural production), located outside the village of Bronnytsia, regarding the change of its designated use for the placement and operation of main, ancillary and auxiliary buildings and structures of processing, machine-building and other industrial enterprises, including waste treatment facilities, in particular with an energy-generating unit (11.02)”.
The second document concerns the “Detailed plan of the territory of the land plot cadastral number :02:000:1728 with an area of 2.5987 ha (reserve land), located outside the village of Bronnytsia, regarding the change of its designated use for the placement and operation of main, ancillary and auxiliary buildings and structures of processing, machine-building and other industrial enterprises, including waste treatment facilities, in particular with an energy-generating unit (11.02)”.
The public hearings will take place on 10 July 2026 at 11:00 in the session hall of Drohobych City Council (office No. 222) at the address: pl. Rynok, 1, Drohobych.
The Executive Committee of Drohobych City Council invites residents of the Drohobych municipal territorial community, representatives of the public, enterprises, institutions, organisations and all interested parties to take part.
The draft urban planning documents and the strategic environmental assessment report are available on the official website of Drohobych City Council, as well as in the Urban Planning and Architecture Department of the Executive Committee at the address: Drohobych, pl. Rynok, 20, 4th floor.
Comments and suggestions on the materials will be accepted until the end of the public consultation period in accordance with current legislation. Participants in the hearings are advised to have an identity document with them.
