The 4–8–4–8 power outage period remains in effect in Lviv Oblast

In Lviv Oblast, the blackout period of 4-8-4-8 remains in effect, where there is electricity supply for four hours, and its absence for eight hours

Emergency shutdowns continue in Lviv and the region in accordance with the volumes determined by the orders of Ukrenergo. The allocated load limit for Lviv Oblast covers only 50% of the total needs of the region.

This is a consequence of enemy shelling of the energy infrastructure and a shortage of capacity in the energy system of Ukraine.

Most of the consumers of Lviv Oblast are subject to emergency shutdowns, except for critical infrastructure facilities. PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED DISCHARGE SCHEDULES ARE NOT APPLICABLE.

It is important that due to the difficult situation in the power system, a number of facilities have already been removed from the list of critical infrastructure, such as clinics, boiler houses, communication stations, law enforcement agencies, etc.

What to do if electricity should have already been supplied, but there is still no light

It is possible to increase the disconnection time by approximately one hour (8 + 1 hour), taking into account the need for operative teams to reach the substations.

In addition, during an air alert, energy workers cannot be at energy facilities, because they can be attacked by the enemy. This can also increase the power outage.

If you see that the light has been out for more than 9 hours, or the neighboring houses that are turned off together with yours already have electricity, and you do not – there is probably damage to the power grids and you need to inform the energy authorities about this.

The fastest way to do this is in the “Lvivoblenergo” chatbots in Telegram and Viber
(https://loe.lviv.ua/ua/viber_telegram). Here, select your personal account, click the “No light” button, and you will be able to issue a request that will be sent directly to the dispatcher service.
