
Lvivoblenergo has begun accepting electricity meter readings for March. Consumers can submit their data through April 3, 2026, inclusive.
The company says customers can send readings quickly and conveniently through online and automated services that are available 24/7, with no days off.
Ways to submit readings to Lvivoblenergo
Consumers in the Lviv region can use the following options:
- the KomKom mobile app;
- the no-registration meter submission service on the official Lvivoblenergo website;
- the Viber chatbot — @loebot;
- the Telegram chatbot — @loeserviceBot;
- the Personal Account service;
- email at pokaz@loe.lviv.ua.
When submitting by email, the message should follow this format:
10-digit code, space, reading.
Example: 0000011111 2222.
Meter readings can also be sent through:
- SMS to short number 5068;
- phone number 295-85-13 without connecting to an operator;
- the Lvivoblenergo call center in automatic mode using artificial intelligence.
How the automated call center option works
To use this method, customers need to follow the voice menu:
- choose “Submit meter reading”;
- then select one of the available options:
- “Submit automatically” by entering digits on the phone according to the voice instructions;
- “Submit by диктуating the reading”.
Important note for consumers
The company specifically emphasizes that call center operators do not accept meter readings. All submissions are processed exclusively in automatic mode.
