The tariffs for water supply and drainage services in effect in Velyki Mosty were last reviewed in 2022.
This was reported in the Velikomostiyiv City Council.
According to the decision of the executive committee of the Velikomostiv City Council No. 26 of April 28, 2022, tariffs for water supply services for the population – UAH 21.00, and budget institutions – UAH 21.00 were put into effect. and self-supporting enterprises – UAH 23.82. for 1 m3; drainage – for the population – UAH 17.00, budget institutions – UAH 17.00. and self-supporting enterprises – UAH 18.68. per 1 m3, the right to apply these tariffs has been granted since May 1, 2022.
Reimbursement by tariffs of the cost price for 2022 is:
for water supply -73%
on drainage -69%
The situation that exists at the enterprise regarding the tariffs for centralized water supply and drainage requires bringing the current tariffs into line with the real costs of their production.
During their operation, the following has changed:
the amount of payment for electricity from UAH 4.53078. for 1 kW/h. up to UAH 7.83732. for 1 kWh, the growth is 72.98%
the amount of the minimum wage in the current tariffs is set at 6,500 hryvnias, the average minimum wage is 6,700 hryvnias, the growth is 2%
A sharp increase in the prices of fuel and lubricants, spare parts, materials, equipment and a sharp decrease in the consumption of the specified services – for the sale of water – have a significant impact on the increase in the cost price.
All this creates a financial crisis situation and the inability to provide timely and high-quality water supply and drainage services under existing conditions
Such a situation threatens the stability of providing the population and the social sphere with water supply and drainage services.
The purpose of the tariff change is to bring the tariffs for centralized water supply and centralized sewage disposal services provided by the KP “Housing and Housing of the Veliko Mostov City Council” to a level that ensures:
maintaining the quality of provision of water supply and drainage services on the territory of the council at the standard level;
non-profit activity of KP “Housing of the Velikomostiv City Council”
slowing down the rate of wear and tear of fixed assets of the KP “Vehicle Housing of the Velikomostiv City Council”.
Tariffs for all consumers in UAH. for 1 m. cube. with VAT:
water supply – UAH 28.50;
drainage – 24.50 hryvnias.
