New tariffs for centralised water supply:
⏺ Without a meter – UAH 20.69 (instead of UAH 19.63).
With a meter – UAH 32.83 (instead of UAH 31.15).
For water supply maintenance:
⏺ Without a meter – UAH 41.38 (instead of UAH 39.26).
⏺ With a meter – UAH 53.52 (instead of UAH 50.78).
What is the reasoning behind this?
Starting from 1 January 2025, the amount of the fee for subscription services for centralised water supply and centralised sewerage provided to consumers under individual contracts will increase. The amount of the fee for subscription services was approved by the order of Lvivvodokanal dated 02.12.2024 No. OD-1242. It should be noted that the maximum amount of the subscription fee is set by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, namely, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21.08.2019 No. 808.

Lvivvodokanal explained that the tariff increase is due to the increase in the costs of distributing the volume of consumed services among consumers, charging and collecting fees for consumed utilities, generating bills for services provided and distributing them to consumers, reading metering devices, inspecting networks, as well as performing other functions related to customer service under individual contracts for the provision of centralised water supply and centralised sewerage services (except for the provision of services to the public).
Recalculated taking into account the increase in the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons for 2025 and the adjustment of the producer price index.
