“Lvivgaz Sales” LLC continues to return to consumers overpayments and funds that were erroneously paid for blue fuel after a change of supplier.
As of the beginning of April, the gas supply company has considered and satisfied 69% of appeals related to the return of overpayments. More than 20,000 former clients have already received money on their accounts.
“The return process is ongoing. The company has already returned 36 million hryvnias. However, according to our statistics, after the reconciliation of documents, almost every third application is sent for revision due to the lack of necessary copies of documents or receipts. There are also cases when consumers write applications for the return of excess funds, because “everyone writes”, but in fact there is no overpayment on these personal accounts. But the time spent on processing these applications is still wasted,” Lvivgaz Sales LLC said.

At the same time, “Lvivgaz zbuti” reminds that household customers who, as of May 1, 2022, were in debt for consumed gas, must make a full settlement with the company. In case of non-fulfillment of debt payment obligations, the gas supplier will be forced to go to court.
