For public charges, the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office of the Ukrainian citizen was found guilty of collaboration activities (Part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

A special pre-trial investigation was carried out by investigators of the territorial department of the State Bureau of Investigation, based on materials from the SBU Directorate in the Lviv region.
