Police establish circumstances of beating a minor in Stryi
The participants in the incident have been identified, and law enforcement officers are now interviewing them in the presence of their parents and psychologists – the issue of legal classification is being resolved.
On April 16, while monitoring social media, police found a video in which a girl was hitting another girl lying on the ground in various parts of her body and on the head.
During an investigation conducted by officers of the Stryi District Police Department, it was found that the incident occurred on April 9 in Stryi on Bobykevych Street. They also identified the participants in the incident, in particular, the girl who struck the victim, a 16-year-old local resident, and the victim, also a 15-year-old resident of Stryi.
Law enforcement officers are currently interviewing the participants in the incident in the Green Room in the presence of their parents and psychologists to establish all the circumstances.
The issue of legal qualification of the incident is being resolved.
