On 22 June, meteorologists are forecasting an extreme fire danger level of the fifth class across Lviv region.
In hot and dry weather, even a small spark can cause a fire, and the flames can quickly spread across open areas.
Residents of Lviv region are advised not to burn dry vegetation, not to light campfires in forests and fields, not to discard cigarette ends, and to follow basic fire safety rules to prevent large-scale fires.
