A 37-year-old man was served a notice of suspicion for setting fire to the car of a Lviv resident
A 37-year-old resident of Ivano-Frankivsk was served a notice of suspicion under the procedural supervision of the Galician District Prosecutor’s Office in Lviv. He is charged with intentional damage to another’s property committed by arson (Part 2 of Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, in September this year, at night, in Lviv, the suspect set fire to the car of a local resident using a flammable substance. The vehicle was parked near one of the apartment blocks where the woman lived. The man fled the scene after committing the illegal actions.
The damage caused is over UAH 150 thousand.
The pre-trial investigation is being carried out by investigators of the Police Department No. 1 of the Lviv District Police Department No. 1 of the Main Police Department in Lviv Region.
