Under the procedural leadership of the Yavoriv District Prosecutor’s Office, 5 members of an organized criminal group were notified of suspicion of illegal drug sales (Part 2 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, a local resident organized a criminal scheme for the sale of drugs within Yavoriv region. He attracted 4 more people to the “company”.
The sale of drugs was carried out by prior agreement with clients, directly from hand to hand during a personal meeting.
During the searches, narcotics, laboratory equipment, mobile phones, bank cards, and cash were found and seized from the suspects.
Investigative actions are ongoing, the issue of appointing a number of examinations is being resolved.
Also, under the procedural leadership of the district prosecutor’s office, a group of persons was exposed. Two men were selling drugs. At the same time, you could also buy weapons and explosives from the “sellers”.
The latter was also informed of the suspicion.
Precautionary measures in the form of detention were chosen for all the detainees.
Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by the Yavoriv RVP of the GU NP in the Lviv region, under the operational support of the USR in the Lviv region of the DSR of the National Police of Ukraine, the UKR of the GU NP in the Lviv region and employees of the Special Purpose Police Battalion of the GU NP in the Lviv region.
Note: in accordance with Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a court verdict.
