On 9 October in Lviv region thunderstorms and strong gusts of wind are expected. This was reported according to the forecast of the Lviv Regional Hydrometeorological Centre.
According to meteorologists, thunderstorms are possible in places across the region, and in the morning and during the day there will be gusts of a north-westerly wind of 15–20 m/s.
Rescuers are urging residents of Lviv region to exercise caution during the bad weather and to follow safety rules. In the event of a dangerous situation, they recommend calling 101.
