Exceeding the established and safe speed will continue to be the main cause of traffic accidents with victims. This was reported to the Patrol Police of the Lviv Region.
For 10 months of this year, 568 such car accidents were recorded on the roads of Lviv Oblast. In them, 778 people were injured and 59 people died.
During this period, the patrol officers issued 55,779 decisions against violators of the established speed limit.
Speed kills and it’s not just loud words.
The higher the speed, the less control over the car.
