Due to the massive missile attack on Kyiv, the provision of residence registration services has been temporarily suspended across the whole territory of Ukraine.
Issuance of extracts from the Territorial Community Register (TCR) is also currently unavailable. The services are expected to be restored once the situation has stabilised and the consequences of the attack have been dealt with.
