Prosecutors from the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office have completed a pre-trial investigation into four residents of the Lviv region, who are accused of obstructing the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Investigations revealed that since 2024, these individuals informed residents of Lviv and the region about the dates and locations of mobilization events organized by representatives of the territorial recruitment and social support centers (TRC and SS).
The accused, being administrators of Viber and Telegram channels, knowingly allowed the posting of messages about the activities of TRC and SS servicemen by other channel participants. This enabled conscripts and reservists to avoid conscription.
The pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Lviv region.
According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
