The State Migration Service of Ukraine has reported temporary disruptions to its operations due to a technical malfunction of the equipment of the electronic communications services operator, which provides the communication channels.
As a result, from 28.09.2026 to 30.09.2026, services for issuing passport documents will not be provided. For the duration of the operator’s restoration work, the official website of the State Migration Service of Ukraine has also been suspended.
The agency asks citizens to take this information into account when planning visits to its offices and apologises for the temporary inconvenience.
