A traffic accident occurred in Lviv with two people injured.
On December 13, around 1:15 PM, a collision happened at the intersection of Kulparkivska and Truskavetska streets. A **Toyota RAV4**, driven by a 47-year-old woman from the Lviv district, collided with a **Kia Soul** driven by a 36-year-old resident of the same district. Afterward, the Kia Soul crashed into a parked Audi A7.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the Kia Soul and his female passenger sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the traffic accident. The maximum penalty is a restriction of liberty for up to three years.
A comprehensive set of preventive measures is underway in the Lviv region to reduce the number of traffic accidents. The number of patrol police crews has been increased, and police community officers are being deployed to dangerous road sections.
