Two People Injured in Yamelnytsia Fire

A fire in the village of Yamelnytsia in the Stryi region resulted in injuries to two people. On 12 March at 13:18, firefighters received a report about a fire in a single-storey wooden house. The owners of the building attempted to extinguish the fire themselves, but their efforts proved insufficient.

Upon the arrival of firefighters, the house was already engulfed in flames. According to reports, the fire was contained at 15:04 and fully extinguished at 15:28. As a result of the fire, two people sustained burns. A woman born in 1972 was hospitalised at the Skole Central District Hospital with second-degree burns. A man born in 1951 declined hospitalisation.
