The Commercial Court of Lviv Region has made a decision on the reprivatization of a Ministry of Defense of Ukraine warehouse worth 24 million UAH.
The court satisfied the claim of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in the Defense Sphere of the Western Region, reclaiming the warehouse premises of over 1200 square meters in the village of Malehiv near Lviv from illegal possession. The value of the object exceeds 24 million UAH.
This warehouse belonged to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, but it was illegally alienated back in 2003 without the ministry’s consent. Over 22 years, the object has been repeatedly resold and replanned.
*Thanks to the diligent work of prosecutors*, the court recognized the acquisition of ownership of this object by one of the companies through electronic auctions as illegal, after which the property is to be returned to the state.
