Prosecutors from the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office have concluded the pre-trial investigation of a 35-year-old resident of the Lviv district, who is accused of smuggling goods.
The investigation established that in February 2025, the accused unlawfully imported commercial goods from Poland into Ukraine, concealing them from declaration.
This involved approximately 2,000 units of household appliances and nearly 6,000 cosmetic products, as well as sports motorcycles and branded clothing. Their value exceeds 10 million UAH.
The court has seized the confiscated goods. The pre-trial investigation was conducted by detectives from the territorial office of the BEB in the Lviv region.
According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent until proven guilty in accordance with the law.
