In the Lviv region, law enforcement officers have uncovered criminals suspected of setting fire to a garage.
According to the police, two Lviv residents aged 56 and 58 could face up to ten years in prison. **The criminals** were identified by investigators from the serious crimes investigation department in cooperation with operatives from the Criminal Investigation Department. This occurred under the procedural guidance of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
As established by law enforcement, the 58-year-old resident of Lviv, along with a 56-year-old resident, forced open the entrance door to a garage in Sambir. The garage belongs to a 45-year-old local resident. They poured a flammable mixture there and set it on fire.
Investigators have informed the suspects of criminal charges. This is provided for under part 2 of article 28, part 2 of article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. **The maximum penalty** for the suspects is imprisonment for up to ten years. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
