Prosecutors of the Halytsky District Prosecutor’s Office in Lviv proved in court the guilt of a 30-year-old Lviv resident who illegally stored and planned to distribute psychotropic substances.
“The sentence imposed by the court is 9 years of imprisonment with confiscation of all his property,” – stated the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office. It was found that the man ordered a batch of PVP through Telegram and was detained while attempting to leave the pickup location. During searches, nearly 3.3 kg of PVP, about 300 grams of cannabis, 80 grams of amphetamine, and other prohibited substances were found.
The man was accused of the illegal acquisition and storage of particularly dangerous drugs with intent to distribute. He is currently in custody. The pre-trial investigation is conducted by Police Department No. 1 of the Lviv District Police Directorate of the Main Department of the National Police in the Lviv region.
