Prosecutors of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office have submitted an indictment to the court against a 23-year-old resident of Lviv. He is accused of illegally acquiring, transporting, and storing drugs for sale, as well as illegally storing psychotropic substances.
The investigation established that during 2021-2022, the accused implemented a scheme for selling cannabis and amphetamines in Lviv. He created a Telegram channel to receive orders and conducted sales only after full prepayment to a bank card. A discount system was available for wholesale clients.
Drug deliveries were carried out in various ways: ‘hand-to-hand’, through stash spots with geolocation, or by courier delivery around the city using a taxi. After a prolonged period of hiding abroad, he was extradited from Germany thanks to international law enforcement cooperation.
According to prosecutors, a preventive measure was chosen for him – detention with the right to post bail. The pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the National Police of the Lviv region.
