In Lviv, a driver of a Mercedes-Benz E 200, violating the curfew, caused two RTAs during the night on Sunday. Patrol officers noticed him at the intersection of Mechnykova and Kosti Levytskoho Streets, where the first incident occurred. Instead of stopping, he attempted to flee.
Soon after, the driver caused a second traffic accident, after which he was eventually forced to stop. The police noted signs of alcohol intoxication in the 25-year-old man, but he refused testing. The offender was issued the appropriate reports for driving under the influence, failing to stop, causing an RTA, and leaving the scene. It was also discovered that he lacked the necessary driving documents.
As a result, the man was suspended from driving the vehicle.
