Lviv Resident to Face Court Over Psychotropic Substance Possession

In Lviv, the case of a 21-year-old local resident accused of purchasing and possessing psychotropic substances with the intent to sell will be heard. He faces up to 12 years in prison with asset confiscation. This was reported by MVS LVIV.

The criminal was apprehended by operatives on George Washington Street while in possession of three zip-lock bags containing the psychotropic substance PVP, with a total weight of approximately 160 grams. Additional supplies of this substance were seized during a search of his residence.

Operatives from the criminal police, along with investigators, documented several instances of the defendant acquiring and possessing PVP. Under the procedural guidance of the Frankovsk District Prosecutor’s Office, the indictment was submitted to the court.
