In the Lviv region, numerous fires have once again erupted due to the actions of irresponsible arsonists. In the past 24 hours, rescuers have recorded 27 fires in ecosystems, resulting in the destruction of over 1 hectare of land. This was reported by the Lviv Region State Emergency Service.
The fires not only harm nature but also threaten the lives of animals that cannot escape the flames. Furthermore, the fire can spread to residential buildings and farm structures, posing a danger to people.
Rescuers urge citizens to be responsible and not to set dry grass on fire, as this can lead to serious consequences. Such actions are subject to fines, which can be substantial.
